After a 6 year restoration project, the much anticipated opening of The Norman in 2014 in its two original buildings was a defining moment in hospitality history, kick-starting the epic story of The Norman’s rise to international prominence in both luxury travel and the culinary arts in Tel Aviv. In 2026, The Norman’s third building opened: The Residence.

Formerly known as The Suites Building, The Pavilion is situated on the other side of the citrus garden from The Main House. This beautiful eclectic style architectural star, built in 1925, is brimming with renaissance influence and oriental accents. The accommodations offer graceful, residential-style accommodations full of the classic meets contemporary design spirit of The Norman.

Situated directly opposite The Main House, The Residence is strikingly elegant mid-century corner building overlooking Albert Square. Upstairs at The Residence are brand new multi-room residential suites, perfect for extended stays. The Residence guests will be adorned with the utmost privacy and comfort, attended to by a dedicated personal service team for each suite, offering a unique level of bespoke hospitality in Tel Aviv.
